Common questions

How do I rank a course?

Tap the S button in the middle of the tab bar, find the course, then choose Awesome Track, Not too shabby, or Not for me. You can type your own score within that range or compare it against courses you've already ranked.

A course or its tees are wrong or missing

On the course page, tap Report a problem with this course, or tap the flag next to a tee set to report wrong yardage, rating or slope. If a course has no tees, choose Add a missing tee when you log a round. Tees you add are saved for every player.

How do I keep a round off the feed?

When you post a round, choose Archive only. It's saved in your Archive but won't appear in the Clubhouse feed.

How do I make my followers private?

Go to Profile → ⋯ → Settings → Privacy and turn off Show my followers list or Show my following list.

How do I report or block someone?

Tap ⋯ on their post, comment, profile or chat (or press and hold a message), then choose Report or Block. Blocked players can't see your profile, comment on your posts or message you, and they aren't told. You can unblock in Settings → Blocked accounts. We review every report within 24 hours.

I'm having trouble signing in

Make sure you're using the same method you signed up with (Apple, Google, phone or email). Sign-in codes can take a minute to arrive; check your spam folder for email codes. Still stuck? Email us from the address on your account.

Delete your account

In the app, go to Profile → ⋯ → Settings → Delete account and confirm twice. This permanently deletes your profile, rankings, rounds, photos and videos, comments, messages and follows. It can't be undone.

Can't get into the app? Email support@stickclubhouse.com from the email address or with the phone number on your account, with the subject "Delete my Stick account," and we'll delete it within 30 days. See our Privacy Policy for details.
